With sufficient self-awareness and the appropriate skills, individuals with learning differences can begin to see those differences in the proper perspective, and to focus on his or her own unique and special talents. All staff members work closely with the family, school personnel, and other professionals to assess specific learning difficulties. Realistic goals and expectations are established to create an atmosphere of support necessary for optimal educational and personal achievement. Ancillary professional counseling and therapeutic services are also available.
